Apples + Pancakes = Apple Tart or Upside Down Cake?
I made this galette in 10 minutes! Too easy! First, I lined some apples in a pretty ring in a lightly oiled pan, sprinkled brown sugar and cinnamon over them, then mixed up a double batch of pancake batter and poured it over the preheated skillet and apples. I covered the pan for about 10 minutes on medium heat, then flipped the fully cooked cake right-side up onto a plate! Parfait!
